A little bit about Me
Seasoned Fitness Professional:
I have been in the fitness industry since 2013, working with women to help achieve their fitness goals in both group and individual settings.
I began Mama Strength in 2020 so I could help women reach their fitness goals in any stage of their lives. I have several certifications and a diverse set of fitness experiences that have shaped my training and client workouts.

My Passion:
As a fitness coach, I always had a love for working with women through their fitness journey.
A women’s body is ever changing, and I was fascinated on how to keep my clients feeling safe and strong during their workouts. I've coached so many women with different goals, body types, and time. These experiences have helped me design effective and dynamic fitness programs to suit all desires and goals.
From my own experience, I have had my fair share of aches and pains while I was pregnant, postpartum and even today and as I keep experiencing changes in my body throughout my 40’s. Through all these changes and research, I gained a better understanding of what I needed to do to keep my body feeling strong and healthy. I’ve been feeling better as a result, and that feeling fuels a desire to help other women in similar situations, no matter what stage of life you are in.
Personal Background:
I started dancing at the age of 3 and was a ballerina for almost two decades.
After graduating college from SUNY Purchase in NY, I found a love for teaching, where I began to teach dance to kids in New York. That love of teaching shifted to fitness at Physique 57, helping women find their inner-strength and achieve their goals.
Mama:
I am a proud mama of two little girls! I intentionally put this qualification last, not because being a women isn’t a critically important part of my life, but because it is not the sole thing that defines who I am.
I am dynamic, personable, engaging, and constantly looking for new ways to help women meet their true potential, in life and beyond!
