Outdoor Group Fitness Classes
45 minutes $25 per class
Tuesdays at 12:00pm: Riverview-Fisk Park, Jersey City, NJ
Sometimes you just want to work out with others that are in the same boat as you. I provide classes that cater to both prenatal and postpartum women so you can share your energy with each other.
What to Expect:
- Warm-Up: We’ll begin with a warm-up to get your body moving and focus on specific stretches that will release tension in areas that tend to be tighter for both pre and postnatal women.
- Breathing/Core Exercises: Next, we will conduct breathing exercises that will help kick in your parasympathetic system (releasing stress) but also strengthen your core. Yes, doing breathing exercises will actually strengthen your core!
- Circuit Training: Finally, we will do strengthening exercises in a circuit format that will work the upper and lower body to help keep your heart rate up. These focused exercises will optimally work for both pregnant and postpartum women.
