Dr. Sneha Gazi, PT, DPT is the owner of Sneha Physical Therapy, an in-home and telehealth physical therapy practice in New York and New Jersey. Her passion is to improve quality of life by decreasing bodily pain and dysfunction. Dr. Gazi graduated from Columbia University's Doctorate in Physical Therapy and practices therapeutic manual therapies and evidence based exercises to help hundreds of women, men, and children get back to doing all the things they love. La Leche League helps families by:
- Providing free meetings led by volunteer Leaders who are experienced with breastfeeding and are accredited by La Leche League International.
- Offering support between meetings for breastfeeding challenges, such as positioning and latch, being sure your baby is getting enough milk, soreness, pumping and milk storage, and so much more!
- Helping parents learn about the ages and stages of breastfeeding.

Postpartum depression (PPD) is a serious mood disorder. Women who develop PPD have feelings of intense sadness, worry and exhaustion following childbirth. PPD is extremely common, and you should not feel ashamed or alone. Approximately one in seven women can expect to experience depression in the year following childbirth. Fortunately, this disorder is treatable.

Answering Medication Questions
Each year, 4.3 million mothers will give birth to an infant in the U.S. and 76% go on to breastfeed their infant. Essentially all of them will take at least one medication during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Their center receives up to 75 calls per day from everywhere in the world. Their purpose is to help moms have safe pregnancies, and safe breastfeeding while using medications. Feel free to call them with any questions or concerns you may have.
